The 5th FRACTION GA meeting was organized on 30 May – 1 June 2023 in Hillerød, Denmark.

The theme of the Danish roundtable was Roundtable in Denmark – The journey from research to industry – challenges and opportunities for fractionation technology in the bioeconomy.

In the opening speech, WP leader and CEO of IFAU Karen Hamann told about the interesting history of the Hillerød and New Zealand area. The surroundings used to be the king’s hunting area and nowadays it is a UNESCO world heritage site, which we had pleasure to visit during the evening walk.
